1. Acceptance of Terms

This Website is operated by Kirkland for Congress ("Campaign," "we," "us," or "our") to provide information about Kyle Kirkland's candidacy for U.S. House of Representatives in California's 21st Congressional District and to facilitate campaign activities in accordance with federal election laws.
3. Political Contributions
3.1 Contribution Rules
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The contribution is made from your own funds, not from another person or entity.
- You are not a federal contractor.
- You are making this contribution with your own personal credit/debit card and not with a corporate or business card.
3.2 Contribution Limits
Federal law limits individual contributions to $3,300 per election (primary and general are separate elections). Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
3.3 Required Disclosure
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
